TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Consignment Split: Consignor - 60% / Red Fish Consignment - 40%. Term of Agreement is for 180 days. If item is not sold in 180 days Consignor will be notified and item will be delivered to Consignor or picked up by Consignor or Consignor will determine whether the item should become the property of Red Fish Consignment. Payment for items sold will be issued no later than the 30th day of the following month. Consignor agrees that all items are left at Consignor's risk, Red Fish Consignment will not be held responsible. Consignor acknowledges she/he is the rightful owner of the item and has the right to consign and sell the item.
